Alisa Brzek served the United States for 22 years, in the U.S. Air Force.   During her time in the Air Force, she gained a deep understanding of the struggles of first responders and the experiences of their families.  Alisa specializes in trauma work with first responders and military personnel.

While working with active duty members in an inpatient mental health facility, she heard war stories and the personal traumas that so many military members have gone through. These brave Americans have been suffering in silence with many of them experiencing intense guilt and shame.

After hearing all the war stories, Alisa made it a point not to let her brothers and sisters suffer alone. She deemed it necessary to help our country’s first responders/military veterans bear their burdens and set them on the path to healing.
